Yoga Series - Relieving Stress

This class will focus on calming three common types of stress: work, relationship, and time-management.

We will begin each class with breathwork to prep our minds and bodies for practice. We will learn how to become more comfortable with feeling uncomfortable through a style of yoga called Yin.

Yin Yoga involves 26 poses that are to be held for multiple minutes deepening our flexibility, improving our joint health, and helping to still the mind through breath and meditation. By the end of this class you will be in a state of bliss!

Taught by: Devin, Marlaina, and Abby 200-hour RYT

Class time: 1 - 2:30 PM

Cost: $10 (Proceeds will be split between New Moon Yoga Studio and a donation to Third Level Crisis Center)
