Yoga Series - Mindfulness

Focusing on focus, this class will explore breath work, poses for awareness in the body, and mindfulness.

Many of us speed through our day tending to myriad responsibilities, rushing after to-do lists, and slowly losing connection with one of our most vital biological needs: the breath. Bringing forth awareness of the breath brings forth awareness of the self.

This class will provide the peaceful and safe space needed to loosen one's grip on the "everything else" and deepen into the present moment. Come and enjoy one full hour of awakening to yourself, your moment, and your breath.

Taught by: Abby 200-hour RYT

Class time: 1 - 2:30 pm

Cost: $10 (Proceeds will be split between New Moon Yoga Studio and a donation to Third Level Crisis Center)
